The Saudi Association for Health Informatics (SAHI) is organizing the Saudi e-Health Conference 2008 in cooperation with King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS) and National Guard Health Affairs (NGHA).
The conference, themed 'Towards National e-Health', will be held under the auspices of His Royal Highness Prince Mugren bin Abdulaziz, President of the General Intelligence and the Honorary Chairman of the SAHI.
Speakers from various academic disciplines, professions, countries and organizations will share their knowledge and experiences. Case studies and lessons learned will be presented as well as updates on national e-Health initiatives. Additionally, pioneering companies in healthcare ICT will participate in the educational sessions.

| SR 4 BILLION FOR E-HEALTH |
The Ministry of Health announced the allocation of SR 4 Billion (around USD 1.1 Billion) over four years for e-Health project. SR 680 Million (around USD 180 Million) is allocated this year for the project expected to save 10-15% of the annual budget. Read more |
